There are times when I’m not the best fit.
Better you know now than find out in month two.
No payroll. No social media. I'm not making you mood boards. I'm not managing your house or your family's calendar, and I'm not the person who disciplines your staff or sits in on anybody getting fired.
I don't work weekends, and I don't answer messages late into the evening, but we’ll be so on top of things that I won’t need to.
Emergencies don't keep business hours, though. If a pipe bursts at the studio on a Saturday, text me and we'll sort it out. A question about next month's schedule can wait until Monday.
One more thing, since we're being upfront. I do my best work with people who are good to the people around them, their own team included. It's a big part of why my working relationships last as long as they do, and it's something we'll both get a feel for on that first call.
