Sunday night isn't for chasing vendors.
Iām here to help you thrive.
I take over the running of things. Your inbox, your bookings, the vendors, and all the follow up that only happens if you remember to do it. You get your evenings and weekends back and I make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
I work with two businesses at a time, so you're getting me properly instead of in the gaps.
Right now you're the only one who can answer anything.
That isn't a criticism, it's just what happens when you build something yourself. You know where everything lives and how all of it works, so every single question comes back to you, and there's no version of your week where you get out in front of it.
You've probably already tried hiring someone. And if it went the way it usually goes, you spent more time explaining the job than it would have taken to just do the thing, so eventually you quietly took it all back and stopped asking.
I'm not going to need that much explaining.
What I Take On
Your clients and your inbox.
The questions, the confirmations, the reschedules, and the person who's annoyed and needs a real answer today. I write like a human being and I'm not going to make anything worse.
Your calendar and your vendors.
Booking, ordering, and the six emails it takes to confirm one delivery. You'll hear about it when it's done.
How the whole thing actually runs.
Most small businesses live inside one person's head and that person is usually you. I write it down and set it up so it keeps working on the days you're not there.
The business is new. Iām not.
I've spent eighteen years building service businesses of my own, and my longest client has been with me for seventeen of them.
Two clients, and that's it.
I'm not building an agency and I don't want one. Two businesses means I actually know yours, down to which supplier is always late and which client needs a phone call instead of an email. That's the only way I'd be willing to do this.
